WARRANTIES: All returns will need to be authorized by Automotive Solutions
(ASLLC) and receive a Return Material Authorization before returning on a
freight pre-paid basis. The product must look good and resalable to receive
credit.
SHIPPING: Unless otherwise
specified, ASLLC will ship via the most economical and convenient way. We offer
FREIGHT PRE-PAID on orders of $5,000 or more. Shipments of 100% compressors
excluded.
TERMS: With approved credit, we provide open payment terms. We also accept
wire transfers, credit cards (Visa & MasterCard only) and/or payment in
advance.
PRICES: Prices are established yearly. Please make sure you have received
your ASLLC current Price List and are familiar with your discounts.
COMPLAINTS: Please call us and tell us. We are not perfect but we will endeavor
to be a heck of a supplier for you!
UPS SHIPPING: Our cut-off time for UPS
Shipping is 1:00 pm Central Standard Time.
STOCK ADJUSTMENTS / NEW
RETURNS (EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE): Only new and resalable
merchandise will be received as a "yearly return." Return merchandise will be
accepted ONLY between October to
November. Total Annual Stock Adjustment and Sales Returns may not
exceed 2% of the customer net dollar purchases during the previous calendar
year. Products will be accepted only with prior written approval on a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) form and must be accompanied by an offsetting
order for equal dollar amount.
